The Pleasantville football team was able to take down the Warhawks of Southeast Warren, 47-6, during homecoming on Friday night as heard on kniakrls.com. Quarterback Zeb Adreon led the Trojans ground game with 100 yards on 12 carries and added 132 yards through the air. The Pleasantville defense also came up big, causing four more turnovers to add to their season total of 21. Even with the impressive win, head coach Gabe Baker feels his team needs to improve in spots before next week. Pleasantville improves to 4-3 on the season and 3-2 in Class A District 8 and will take on Mount Ayr on Friday night.
