Coming off of a close loss to a ranked and talented Bedford team, Pleasantville football takes to their home turf for a game against Earlham tonight. The Cardinals have been involved in a lot of close games so far, but are coming off of a massacre of Southeast Warren last week, 65 – 12. Look for Earlham to do more running tonight than passing; their top two ball-carriers have rushed the ball for close to 1,000 yards, while their quarterback, Will Poffenberger, has thrown eight interceptions and has completed just 40 percent of his passes. Coach Gabe Bakker says his defense will need to again be stout in stopping the run. Kris Krug and Ed Bull bring you the call live on KNIAKRLS.com, with pregame coverage starting at 6:30 p.m. and kick-off at seven sharp.
