Living Windows Country Christmas 2014

Santa and Mrs. Claus are coming to town today as Knoxville will hold their annual Living Windows celebration.

The windows of downtown Knoxville will come alive as displays will focus on this year’s theme, a country Christmas. Knoxville Public Library Director Roslin Thompson says they’ll have a window display on the square honoring author Laura Ingells Wilder.

There will also be a candy cane hunt, kiddie rides, carriage rides, and children can visit Santa and Mrs. Claus at the Grand Theater.

Living Windows will begin at 5:30pm, followed by the Lighted Holiday parade, weather permitting, at 7:30pm.

The KNIA/KRLS Big Red Radio will on hand playing holiday music and collecting donations for the 13th Annual KNIA/KRLS Marion County Food Drive.
