Knoxville Native Jessica Fresh won a Mixed Martial Arts fight over the weekend. She won the Driller Promotions female amateur 115-pound championship during Saturday’s events in Minnesota. Fresh claimed the women’s title with a third-round submission win over Wisconsin’s Cindi Bottelberghe. Fresh’s winning move was a bar-arm that took Bottelberghe to the mat and secured the submission just 46 seconds into the round. Fresh remains undefeated in her career.
