Ten local teams will be bringing their robots to Knoxville to compete in the First Tech Challenge robotics meet next week.
Students in Grades 7 through 12 will present robots they’ve created that will have to complete specific tasks and requirements. Knoxville team member Mason Ogbourne says it’s a great opportunity to students to gain an understanding of science and technology as well as problem-solving techniques.
The FTC Robotics meet will take place on Tuesday, December 2nd at the Marion County Extension Office beginning at 6:30pm. The event is free and open to the public.
