Switching from a mainly run-oriented offense to a team that likes to throw the ball quite a bit, Pella Christian’s football squad handled the transition nicely. Comparing the match-ups from week-to-week based on stats and personnel, the Eagles, according to Coach Rich Kacmarynski, did about as well as “the numbers” said they would, with the exception of their loss to Sigourney-Keota. Pella Christian finished with four losses on the year, but had a second-place finish in their district to Iowa City Regina, and bring many key players back for 2015.
