District 28 Representative Greg Heartsill says now that he’s won reelection, the real work begins.

Heartsill says making sure taxpayer dollars going to Des Moines are being spent wisely is one of the items he’ll be looking into when the legislative session begins in January.

Heartsill also believes tax reform will make Iowa a more business-friendly state. He adds he plans to continue efforts towards keeping communities safe from human trafficking as well as helping the aging population of the state with work on senior nutrition.
