Twin Cedars’ sports are all dealing with the loss of a very talented senior class that won the Class 1A state baseball championship over the summer. The football team fought hard and wound up making the playoffs. The basketball team is in the middle of getting ready for their opening week of competition. Coach Alan Stewart says the team has shown him that they are fighters, have a desire to do anything to win, and are very unselfish. The Sabers do have Otis Roby back, who was one of the top scorers for Stewart last year. Twin Cedars begins their season on Tuesday as well on the road against Wayne.
