The donations just keep on coming, courtesy of the 13th Annual KNIA/KRLS Marion County Food Drive.

On Thursday, KNIA/KRLS Staff dropped off over $2500 worth of food to Helping Hands Food Pantry in Knoxville. The communities of Marion County have really come together in support of the food drive and KNIA/KRLS General Manager Jim Butler says the food drive couldn’t be the success it is without the help of citizens, sponsors, and staff.

The food drive continues with several more events in Knoxville this weekend. Today the Big Red Radio will be at Carriker’s Auto Outlet from 2pm until 5pm collecting items. Then on Saturday, you can find the Big Red Radio at the Knoxville HyVee from 9am until noon and
at the Presbyterian Church in Knoxville from 6pm until 8pm.

The 13th Annual KNIA/KRLS Marion County Food Drive – Help us fill the Big Red Radio with food and together we’ll fill the food shelves of Marion County.
