Record-wise, you cannot get any better than the Knoxville girls basketball squad. The Panthers stand at 7-0 on the season and lead the South Central Conference with a 5-0 record. Coach Jim Uitermarkt tells KNIA/KRLS Sports he is encouraged that the girls know they can improve their game, and he knows they have not reached their peak. The Panthers will get back to game action with a non-conference contest Saturday January third against Newton.
