Nearly all the families signed up for the “All Wrapped Up” program have been adopted.

The program, sponsored by the Knoxville Chamber of Commerce, Knoxville Hospital and Clinics, Crossroads Cares, and Marion County Public Health, offers people the opportunity to provide gifts for children this holiday season.

Marion County Public Health’s Teresa Higginbotham says she’s impressed with the number of people wanting to sponsor families for “All Wrapped Up.”

The Knoxville Chamber says over 200 families were chosen this year, more than double the number of adopted families from last year’s inaugural event.

The gifts will be given out at Marion County Public Health on Thursday.
