The P-C-M Boys basketball Squad raced out to a 23-10 first quarter led over Knoxville Saturday night, and methodically built on the lead to win over the Panthers 69-38. The Mustangs Trey Lindsay and Logan Gilman combined for 42 of P-C-M’s 69 points as the Mustangs limited the Panthers 35% shooting while shooting 46% from the field. P-C-M Coach Fred Lorensen was happy how his players were able to match up against an athletic Knoxville. Meanwhile, Knoxville Coach Jeff Larson told KNIA/KRLS Sports his guys started to rely a little too much on outside shooting. Lindsay led all scorers with 25 points while Chase Larson led Knoxville with 13 points. Knoxville is now 5-2 on the season while P-C-M is 6-2.
