The Pella HyVee has earned recognition for it’s customer service.

The store was one of two in the East Region that won Best Customer Experience from the HyVee corporate office. Store Director Scott Johnson says that the corporate office has been keeping track of progress by scoring different locations on their performance. Employees were also recognized and all full time and part time staff received a bonus for their efforts.
