There were offensive struggles on both sides, but the Twin Cedars’ girls’ basketball team came out on the losing end of a 41 – 31 final score against Lamoni last night. Emily McLain scored 12 and Bailey Dunkin added nine for the Sabers, who fall to 0 – 2 on the year. Twin Cedars’ boys came out on top of Lamoni in their contest, 64 – 54. Otis Roby contributed a team-high 21 points in the victory, as they improve to 2 – 0 this season. Both teams are off until Monday to take on Davis County on the road.
