The suspect in a Chariton shooting has been captured in Missouri after a four day search.

The Iowa Division of Criminal Investigation says 45-year-old Robert Eugene Graham was taken into custody without incident around 10pm Monday at Poosey State Park in Livingston County. He was captured by members of the Grundy and Livingston County Sheriff’s Offices, along with the Missouri State Highway Patrol SWAT team.
A warrant for attempted murder was issued for Graham, who’s accused of shooting 33-year-old Gayle Darrah Friday morning. Darrah was found by Chariton Police in her driveway with a gunshot wound. She’s still at a local hospital in critical condition.
The Chariton Police Department, the Iowa Department of Public Safety’s (DPS) Iowa Division of Criminal Investigation (DCI), Lucas County Sheriff’s Office, the Iowa State Patrol, and the Lucas County Ambulance Service also assisted in the investigation.
