The Coaches vs. Cancer event at Knoxville this Saturday is more than just a couple of basketball games. The Panthers do take on Chariton in important South Central Conference contests. However, those games become secondary to what the day is really about. Girls player and senior Taylor Carter tells KNIA/KRLS Sports there is more than just playing a game. There will be a ceremony in between the girls and boys games honoring survivors. KNIA/KRLS will be at the event all day with live reports from the KNIA/KRLS Big Red Radio.
