Pella High basketball hopes to continue their big surge tonight when they host non-conference foe, A-D-M for a doubleheader. The Lady Dutch have won eight straight, and the Tigers are 4 – 8, having just snapped a six-game losing streak last Friday with a win over Bondurant-Farrar. A-D-M beat Pella’s girls last year, and they return most of their scoring from that team. Just about all of Pella’s scoring is also back this season, and Coach Jerod Garland says their multiple threats has helped them develop into a big-time threat. The Little Dutch are taking on a Tigers’ team that is senior-ridden but has struggled to just two wins on the year. Today’s doubleheader at Pella High will be live on 92.1 KRLS and KNIAKRLS.com, with Cory Houser and Randy Sikkema on the play-by-play. Pre-game coverage is set to begin at 6:00 p.m. with tip-off at 6:15.
