Tristan Clark continued his dominating season on Saturday in front of his home crowd, no less, by defeating the number two ranked wrestler in the state at 126 pounds, on his way to a title in PCM’s home wrestling tournament. Clark won 6 – 4 in overtime over Briar Cochran of Moravia. Xavier Miller for the Mustangs also came out on top in the 120 pound weight class, and Ronnie Marshall finished runner-up at 170. Jaret Maggard was third at 182, and the Mustangs as a team were sixth. Pleasantville’s grapplers were seventh as a group in Monroe. Joe Kauffman was runner-up at 195, Sawyer Phillips also came in second at 145 pounds, as did Griffin McBride in the 132 bracket, and Zach Squires was fourth at 160.
