An Oskaloosa man involved in a vehicle chase last November has been taken into custody on a Marion County warrant. 30-year-old Chadwick Paul Hynick was arrested Tuesday.

In November, Hynick led police on a chase through Mahaska and Marion Counties after an Oskaloosa police officer attempted to initiate a traffic stop. He would later be caught by a Marion County Sheriff’s Deputy in Mahaska County.
Hynick is facing charges in Marion County for eluding, a Class D felony, driving while revoked, and possession of drug paraphernalia among other charges. He’s also facing similar charges in Mahaska County.
Hynick is scheduled to appear in Marion County District Court on Friday, January 30th.
