A late afternoon snow storm prompted snow ordinances and school early outs in Marion County on Wednesday.
Three inches of snow fell at both our Pella and Knoxville studios.
The Iowa State Patrol reports that area roadways are up to 100% snow covered and may be slick. There are numerous reports of vehicles in ditches in Marion County. State, county, and city plows are in operation. The Knoxville and Pella snow ordinances are in effect.
