A funeral service for James “Toade” Weldon age 74 of Marshalltown and formerly of Knoxville will be held on Tuesday, February 17 at 11:00 a.m. at the Bybee & Davis Funeral Home in Knoxville. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Burial, with Military Honors, will follow in the Graceland Cemetery.
