Pella Christian State

The battle-tested Pella Christian Eagles boys have punched their ticket to Wells Fargo Arena after beating Des Moines Christian 48-41 on Saturday night.
The Eagles lead by as much as eight in the back and forth contest, and took their final lead of the game after a pair of Brant Vermeer three-pointers late in the 4th quarter. Levi Jungling led the Eagles with 17 points, followed by seven from David Kacmarynski. Senior Josh Posthuma says it took a complete team effort to beat the Lions, and Head Coach Larry Hessing says his group played one of their best defensive games this season.
