Funeral services for Ronald W. Vander Leest age 74 of Johnston will be Friday February 20th at 10:30am at the Meredith Drive Reformed Church in Des Moines, with burial in the Oakwood Cemetery in Pella. Visitation will begin Thursday afternoon at the church where family will be present from 4-7pm. Memorials may be given for the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s research, Saint Jude Hospice in Urbandale or the Meredith Drive Reformed Church. The Van Dyk-Duven Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
