Martensdale – St. Mary’s ended the Melcher-Dallas girls’ basketball team’s season yesterday, with a 62 – 19 final score in the first round of the Class 1A regional tournament. The Saints end the year with an 8 – 14 record, and they lose three seniors from their varsity squad: Kaylee Houston, Jenny Petersen, and Kirsten Mull.
