Five first place finishes and a trio more of second places all equated to a bevy of Southeast Warren and Melcher-Dallas wrestlers who advanced to the Class 1A state meet later this week. The Warhawks decimated their competition, with district champions including Blake Bauer, Brady Kyner, Jake Hunderdosse, Jacob Hoch, and Ty Schneider. There was a difference of 81.5 points between first place Southeast Warren and second place I-35 for the district title. Full results can be found below. The Warhawks will also participate in the Class 1A state dual meet competition on Wednesday, where they will meet Logan-Magnolia in the first round starting at 9:00 a.m.
