Playing a much better game than they did against them in their regular season confrontation, Twin Cedars’ girls’ basketball team gave Moravia a run, but ultimately stumbled, 70 – 50, in last night’s regional tournament opener. Shyanne Denburger had a team-high 22 points, and Liz Rowley scored ten for the Sabers, who finish their 2014-15 campaign with a mark of 7 – 15. Twin Cedars says goodbye to three seniors: Denburger, Rowley, and Emily McLain.
