They finished third in the state in Class 2A boys’ basketball, and Pella Christian had several athletes named to the Little Hawkeye Conference all-League team. Levi Jungling was unanimously picked to the first team all-Conference. Jungling led the league in total points, and was second in average with 16.7 per game. The sophomore finished third in the conference in assists with 106, and had the second most steals with 59. Fellow sophomore, David Kacmarynski, was picked to the second team. Kac was eighth in the league with 12.6 points per game and the big man was fourth in assists with a total of 96. David was third in the conference in steals at 57 and fifth in blocks with 21. The Eagle sophomore grabbed the most offensive rebounds of anyone in the league, and had the second best rebounding average. Josh Posthuma and Jason Holwerda each received an honorable mention. The Eagles finished with an 18 – 8 record.
