Not having played since last Saturday, the Pella Christian boys’ basketball team has had ample time to rest and get ready for their Class 2A state tournament quarterfinal opponent, Western Christian. In addition to tidying up a few things on their end, Coach Larry Hessing says they’ve also used the past seven days to keen on their approach to the Wolfpack. Western Christian has won 11 straight, and are averaging 73 points per game, with three guys over double-digits in scoring this year. The Eagles and Wolfpack square off on the hardwood at 12:15 p.m. this Tuesday.
