With the Knoxville Girls Basketball Squad losing its top two scorers from this season’s team, Coach Jim Uitermarkt tells KNIA/KRLS Sports several of the players coming back will have vastly different roles next season. Some who played only a minor role in either scoring or other areas of the game will have to either step up their scoring or rebounding or both. He says while it is a team game, it will be their time to shine and be the leaders. The Panthers finished 18-5 and were undefeated South Central Conference Champions this past season.
