Part of the AIDS Memorial Quilt will be on display at Central College this week. Beginning November 30th, 160 panels of the 40,000 panel quilt founded in 1987 to honor those who have had AIDS and passed away will be available to view in the Graham Conference Center Banquet Hall. The quilt is a tool to help educate people on how to prevent new HIV infections and is the largest community arts project in the world. The quilt will be on display from 8am-8pm on Tuesday and Friday, 8am-6pm on Wednesday and Thursday, 10am-2pm on Saturday and 1pm-5pm on Sunday until December 5th.
