Tonight is the final chance to get a glorified test session in before the two weeks of Southern Iowa Sprint Week begins next week with the 360 Nationals. Along with the final night of racing for the 360s, the Tezos All-Star Circuit of Champions come to town for their annual stop in the Midwestern swing. Several drivers who likely have not had any laps this season at the Knoxville Raceway will be on hand, but one driver who hopes to continue his hot streak at Knoxville is Brian Brown. The Knoxville driver tells KNIA/KRLS Sports, it is becoming the time of the season where drivers need to have that top car in their collection.

Brown: “We ran the same car all year long and ran it at the Kings Royal. You can crash a car at the Capitani, but you need to have that other car that you know can run well.”

Brown won last week’s 410 feature and figures into tonight’s action as well. Expect around 50 cars for each class as the 360s have had between 40 and 50 cars for the last three weeks. The Pro Sprints will not run this week but will run Friday and Saturday of the 360 Nationals. Live coverage can be heard with Live Track Side at 5:00 and Race Nights Live at 7:00 on the DeYarman Automotive Radio Racing Network on KNIA.
