Homeland Security Arrests at Tulip Garden

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s Homeland Security Investigations executed search warrants in Pella, Oskaloosa, and Newton on Thursday as part of an ongoing criminal investigation. During the execution of these warrants 18 people were arrested for administrative immigration violations in these three towns. In Pella, arrests were made at Tulip Garden Restaurant.

Update on Immigration Arrests in Pella, Oskaloosa, and Newton

High Speed Chase in County Leads to Arrests

Marion County Deputies were involved in a high speed chase at approximately 2:45 AM Friday Morning near Melcher Dallas on Hwy G76. Deputies spotted a suspicious vehicle in the area and as the license plate was being processed the vehicle sped away.
