A balloon artist will be entertaining kids and their parents at the Knoxville Public Library on Monday morning. Youth Services Librarian Holly Shelford says that Daniel Poe is back again with his popular program “Creations with a Twist.” Shelford explains that Poe is known for his interactive storytelling. The program runs from 10:30-to-11:30am; a children’s movie titled “Ant Bully” will be also be shown Monday afternoon at 2pm at the Knoxville Public Library.
