Next month, the Knoxville Panther Scholarship Foundation will hold their annual banquet and offer eight new scholarships to area seniors.

Foundation President Curt Froyen says the new scholarships were made possible because of the generosity of the citizens of Knoxville.
Froyen adds the growth of the foundation has also allowed for an increase in the number of scholarship opportunities they offer.
The Knoxville Panther Scholarship Foundation Banquet will be held on Wed, May 20th, at the Knoxville Performing Arts Center beginning at 7pm.
