Knoxville Girls; Pella Boys Show Well At Central College High School Indoor

Field Events Looking Good For Knoxville Girls Track This Season

Field events should be very solid this season for the Knoxville Girls Track and Field Squad. Coach Jeremy Van Engen says Chambray Daugherty jumped as high as five feet last year near the end of the season and looks to get a better height by the end of this season. Ayers finished 15th in the discus at state last season. Van Engen adds Haylee Sistma threw over 26 feet with the shot put and that was dealing with an injury all last season. Van Engen says there are girls who are trying the long jump…and hopes to have a couple that will participate in that event.
