Knoxville Public Library
An adult internet safety class has been scheduled next weekend at the Knoxville Public Library.

This free, 2-hour class is presented by Mike Cox, owner of The IT Medic in Knoxville and will cover common ways thieves can steal your information, how to protect yourself online, and what to do if you become a victim.
Library director Roslin Thompson says with more people utilizing the internet for activities such as communication, banking, and bill paying, it’s important to know how to keep your information safe when you’re online.
The class will be held Saturday, Jan. 24th, from 10am until noon. Space is limited, so call 641-828-0585 to reserve a spot.
