Pella Regional Health Center is thanking the community for their donations of fabric masks, and they are now accepting donations for fabric gowns. According to the Iowa Department of Public Health, a shortage continues nationally for commercially-produced personal protective equipment, including gowns. All residents can support local healthcare professionals by making gowns and masks to certain standards.
