Minnesota Senator and Democratic Party Presidential hopeful Amy Klobuchar is visiting Indianola on Friday afternoon, one of four events she will be hosting across south central Iowa. Senator Klobuchar is hosting a meet and greet at The Corner Sundry on the Indianola downtown square, from 10 to 11am. An RSVP is not required, but encouraged. Klobuchar is just one of the Democratic Party candidates campaigning in Indianola this week, as Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders is holding a town hall at Simpson College this Sunday in Hubbell Hall on the Simpson College campus beginning at noon.
