A “Family Stress Management Night” is being held Monday night in Pella in a cooperative effort by the Vermeer Corporation and Wellmark Blue Cross and Blue Shield. The event will feature learning tracks for both adults and children and includes presentations targeting the primary drivers of stress for Iowa families; such as instruction on stress management, balancing work with other obligations, techniques to reduce or manage stress, and handling financial concerns.

The free event is being held in the Vermeer Corporation Pavillion in Pella. Registration will begin at 5:30 p.m., with the program running from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. To pre-register, call 877-464-0415.
