A 26-year-old Knoxville resident charged with intent to make over five grams of methamphetamine pled not guilty Friday. Court documents report Donald Aaron Zoutte Jr. has a pre-trial conference November 20, with trial set December 8. Zoutte Jr. was arrested this month after officers saw him allegedly steal anhydrous ammonia, a key meth ingredient, from the Smith Fertilizer plant in Pleasantville, and then throw a plastic container containing the anhydrous from his car.
