How it works:
Obtain your “Radio Active BINGO” cards from a distribution location or www.kniakrls.com. Listen to 92.1 KRLS FM Radio, and markdown in the appropriate box, the date and time you heard a sponsor’s commercial on the official entry form. Once you’ve completed 5 boxes in a row, either diagonally, horizontally or vertically, return the entire entry form with your complete name, address, and phone number to one of the designated drop off locations or mail them into our offices. 75 qualifiers will be drawn from all correctly completed entries received on or before March 22, 2010. One Grand Prize Winner will be drawn from all qualifiers.

Prizes:
There will be six weekly contests from February 1, 2010 to March 12, 2010. The Grand Prize Trip winner will be announced the week of March 22, 2010. The odds of winning are determined by number of correct entries received.

(1)No purchase is necessary. (2)All persons must be 18 years of age or older to participate. (3)Winner is responsible for all taxes on all prizes and a 1099 will be issued for all prizes. (4)No employees and immediate family of KNIA/KRLS Radio are eligible to win. (5)Contest ends March 19, 2010. (6)Grand Prize Trip for 4 to Disney World (2 Adults, and 2 Children under 9) must be set up with Jacobsen Travel, by April 30, 2010. KNIA/KRLS Radio will provide airfare out of Des Moines, hotel accommodations on a Disney Property for 3 nights, and admission passes to Disney World for 4 days, including transportation to and from the airport. KNIA/KRLS Radio agrees to pay the travel agent for actual transportation and accommodation expenses up to $2,600.00 or winner can choose a cash value of $1,500.00 instead of the trip. The winner is responsible for any additional charges or fees due to changes or additions. (7)By participating in “Radio Active BINGO,” particpants agree to abide by all rules and decisions from KNIA/KRLS. (8)All disputes will be resolved by the General Manager of KNIA/KRLS and his decision shall be final. (9)Participants in “Radio Active BINGO” agree by participating that their name, voice, and picutre or likeness may be used for promotitonal purposes by KNIA/KRLS. (10)KNIA/KRLS is not responsible for any loss, injury or damage of any kind that may occur on the trip. Winners must sign a release, relinquishing all claims against KNIA/KRLS as a result of any loss, injury or damage that may occur in connection with the trip.
