A 34-year-old Pleasant Hill resident charged with sexual abuse in the third degree pled guilty to the charge this week. Marion County courthouse documents report Jason Jimmy Patton is accused of having sex with a child while he was visiting a residence in Pleasantville in mid-December 2008. Patton has a pre-sentencing conference set June 26th.
