The KNIA/KRLS Severe Weather Action Team was on the air from 4:10 to 4:45 p.m. Wednesday, as a severe thunderstorm moved through the northern part of the county.  The storm brought high winds, heavy rainfall and intermittent lightning; although there were no reports of damage from the Marion County Sheriff’s Office or Pella Police Department.  KNIA/KRLS brings the most up to date weather information from local officials, the Weather Eye Weather Center and the National Weather Service.
