The Knoxville City Council will consider the third reading and adoption of an ordinance requiring golf carts operated on city streets to have liability insurance at their meeting at 6:15 in City Hall.  The council will also consider approving an amendment to an engineering agreement for the South Third Street Storm sewer project, among other issues.
