Four state championships were earned by local track and field athletes yesterday at the State Meet in Des Moines.  Knoxville's Kyle Crossett won the long jump in class three-A. Pella's Brooke Gritters took the shot put in class three-A.  Also Twin Cedars junior Lindsay Hoehns won her second state title as she won the high jump.  She will go for her third title today in the 200 and is single handedly keeping Twin Cedars in first place in the team standings in class one-A.  Also Pleasantville took first place in the boys four-by-200 meter relay.
