Today is one of the required grass-cutting days for the city of Knoxville.  That’s according to Knoxville Community Services Officer Arlene Worrall.  She says the maximum height for vegetation on developed residential, commercial and industrial zoned areas is 8 inches, undeveloped land is 12 inches and a maximum height of 18 inches on unplatted and agricultural zoned property.
