The Pella School Board approved support staff and administrative contracts at a special meeting Monday. Superintendent Mark Wittmer says the salary increase for support staff and administration was about 3.6 percent, which is the same as the teachers received. The special meeting allowed the board to approve the contracts before the end of the school year.
