Crews continue to work on Robinson Street, with the aim to finish the project this month, weather permitting. Knoxville Public Works Director Jeff May says although the recent rain may have slowed progress, crews continue to pour colored concrete and fill in intersection gaps. May says crews are also set to install new streetlights, as part of a new downtown design from the Streetscape Committee. On South Fifth Street May says crews continue to intermittently shut down two blocks at a time as they finish up 'phase III' of the project, also set to be completed this month.
