A common sight during the summer is children on bikes.
Lieutenant Dave Beukelman with the Pella Police Department
says it's important those children to know the rules of
the road. He encourages parents to teach their children
about stopping at all intersections and being mindful of
their surroundings. Police Chief Dan Losada with the
Knoxville Police Department says it's also important to
wear a helmet.
