A 19-year-old Attica resident was arrested Thursday morning just south of Knoxville on highway 5 after a report of items stolen from a construction site. Thats according to Marion County Sheriffs Office Chief Deputy Mel Vander Weil. He tells KNIA/KRLS News Andrew Smith was brought to the Marion County Jail and charged after deputies questioned him near the site.
